Extended Day
Extended Day, Early Drop-Off, and Late Pick-up Opportunities
PreK through fifth grade students can participate in different Extended Day opportunities at The Meadows. For Extended Day, Beginning School students will receive a snack and playtime and may be picked up any time from dismissal until 4:30 p.m. Lower School students will receive a snack and playtime until 3:30 p.m. after which they will begin homework/study hall followed by activity time with pick-up at 4:30 p.m.
For those families needing additional afternoon coverage, we offer Late Pick-Up until 6:00 p.m. for Lower School students. For those needing additional morning coverage, we offer Early Drop-Off for Beginning School at 7:35 a.m. and Lower School students starting at 7:00 a.m.
Parents may register for any single day they choose, or any combination of days for the trimester, or may choose a daily drop-in option as needed. Meadows teachers and qualified employees will supervise students.
