If you would like to schedule a testing date for your child, you may request an information packet or download the forms listed below. Once you have the forms, please:
Call the School to schedule a tour. This informative meeting for adults only will take approximately one to one-and-a-half hours, so it is requested that prior arrangement be made to care for your children.
Request the child's present teacher complete the recommendation form (either from download or from your packet). This should be sent directly to Lower School as soon as possible.
At the end of the tour, if you have decided this is the proper placement for your child, then a testing date will be set when the following information is on file at The Meadows:
A completed application and the $100.00 non-refundable application fee
Confidential teacher recommendation form
Standardized test scores, if available
Grades from previous school
Original birth certificate with the raised seal to copy for our files
All children must satisfactorily complete an entrance test and an interview prior to being admitted. Placement is subject to space availability. You are encouraged to call and schedule a tour. Testing will not be offered until touring is completed. The Meadows may be the perfect school for your academically ambitious child.
