Two eighth grade students, Amanda M. and Shaine L., earned top honors for their class in the December 7, 2007, WordMasters competition. Both girls earned a perfect score in this first competition for the 2007-2008 year. Classmates Hannah B., Stephen G., and Seth M. had only one wrong answer each. These excellent scores were followed by a six-way tie for the last five spots on the team which will be recognized by WordMasters officials; Taylor B., Keerthi G., Cristina G., Aaron S., Laura S., and Chris W. tied with scores of 90% correct.
