The Upper School Varsity Quiz team advanced to the semifinals in the Clark County School District Varsity Quiz competition by defeating Del Sol High School on January 28. Meadows (7-1) will compete in the semifinals against Green Valley (6-0) on Monday, February 11. The winner of that game will proceed to the finals on Monday, February 25.

The quarterfinal, semifinal, and final matches are taped and will be televised on PBS Channel 10 as follows:

Quarterfinal (Meadows/Del Sol) - Monday, February 4,
     at 7:30 p.m.
Semifinal (Meadows/Green Valley) - Monday, March 3,
     at 7:30 p.m.
Final (TBA/TBA) - Monday, March 17, at 7:30 p.m.
