Five TMS Middle School students from the Class of 2012  will be honored at the Federal Courthouse on Thursday, May 8, as winners in the annual Judge Foley Essay Contest sponsored by the Young Lawyers section of the State Bar of Nevada.  This year's required topic was  "The Rule of Law: Foundation for Communities of Opportunity and Equity."    The winners are:
