Faculty Spotlight: Randall Sanabria

Randall Sanabria joined The Meadows School this year as our Middle School Science Teacher, bringing 11 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for science education. Born and raised in New York City, Randall made the move to Las Vegas in July and was excited to begin this new chapter at TMS. A graduate of Baruch College in New York City, he has always believed science is “the magic behind our planet” and has loved helping sixth graders discover the wonder and logic woven into the world around them.

In the classroom, Randall teaches 6th Grade Science and thrives on the moments when students realize they are capable of more than they imagined. For him, the greatest reward is witnessing that “aha” moment,  when concepts click, confidence builds, and students feel proud of themselves. He has especially appreciated the culture at The Meadows School, where students are challenged, supported, and genuinely excited to learn. He has experienced that spirit firsthand not only in his classroom, but also on the sidelines.

A lifelong athlete, Randall played basketball throughout high school and college, and even competed at the semi-professional level. He has coached basketball for over a decade and is proud to be part of The Meadows basketball family. Above all, family is everything to him. His mother inspired his path into education, and his younger brother, following in his footsteps, is now in his first year of teaching back in New York after a successful collegiate and semi-pro baseball career. Randall’s dedication to family, education, and mentorship shines through in every aspect of his work at TMS.
