Spring is in the Air
Spring is in the Air
As the temperature warms up, so does the excitement for the events that mark the end of another successful school year. The wonderful weather ushers in a festive atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the season’s delights.
First, come gather for the Meadows Singers and Fifth Grade performance of a Brand New Day on April 25th at 6:30 p.m. in the Wanda Peccole Center for the Arts. Mrs. Gamazo has been busy rehearsing with our students on this Orff-inspired concert that celebrates song and dance. Watch as day turns into night, and come along on this musical journey.
Also, get ready to have some fun in the sun at the Spring Carnival! Grab a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen and we'll see you on April 26th from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. The Spring Carnival features rides, games, face painting, and a DJ. There is something fun for everyone. Students can play and unwind with friends, while food trucks offer a variety of tasty treats to savor. From thrilling rides to engaging games and delicious snacks, the Spring Carnival is the ideal way to celebrate the season and make lasting memories with our Meadows community. This event could not happen without the help of our amazing community. If you would like to help out and volunteer click here. You can choose your activity and time slot.
We are also having a Spring Auction filled with amazing Meadows Moments like: "Rule the School" as Head of School for the Day, a Private Movie Night in the CFA, or a Free Dress Day pass! These are just a few of the spectacular things you can bid on. Bidding closes after our Spring Carnival concludes on Friday, April 26th at 9:00 p.m. Click this link to start bidding now!
Last, our fifth grade classes will be in full bloom during their Living Legends Museum Day… be on the lookout for more information in May!
