Once enrolled at The Meadows School, every parent is automatically a member of The Meadows School Parents Association (TMSPA.)

TMSPA plays an essential role in the life of The Meadows School. The goal of the organization is to facilitate a closer interest and communication between the parent and the School. TMSPA provides opportunities for the parent body to participate in a variety of roles, acts as a resource for the school, and organizes special projects.

TMSPA also serves as a resource to classroom teachers, community service programs, the library, admissions, performing arts, development, and hospitality, in addition to a multitude of other programs and events. Involvement in TMSPA facilitates parents’ connection to each other and to The Meadows School.

Parents Association Events and Volunteer Opportunities

The Meadows School Parents Association (TMSPA) offers activities and volunteer opportunities that enhance our sense of community at The Meadows School. TMSPA is governed by an executive board that meets monthly and is supported by several committees.

Two events directly benefit the operations of TMSPA. The funds raised at these events are then donated back to the School by way of wish list items, teacher appreciation events, hospitality for divisional coffees and special functions, and gifts for faculty and staff. The Fall Festival in October and the Fiesta de Mayo Carnival in May are wonderful ways to get involved. Here are some ways you can participate:

  • Volunteer to run a booth
  • Donate gift-in-kind items
  • Serve on the planning committee

In addition to these events, you can help by volunteering for a TMSPA committee, including:

  • All-School Reception
  • Booster Club
  • Community Action
  • Faculty Luncheons
  • Hospitality
  • Nominating
  • Used Uniforms
  • Lower School Buddy and Middle and Upper School Welcoming
  • Parent Receptions
  • Class Representatives

Other efforts of TMSPA include spirit wear sales and correspondence. We encourage all parents new and old to the School to find an area they are passionate about and volunteer! For more information on how to get involved, please email
