TMSPA

Once a student is enrolled at The Meadows School, their parent is automatically a member of The Meadows School Parents Association (TMSPA.)

 

TMSPA plays an essential role in the life of The Meadows School. The goal of the organization is to facilitate a closer interest and communication between every parent and the school. TMSPA provides opportunities for the parent body to participate in a variety of roles, acts as a resource for the school, and organizes special projects.

 

TMSPA also serves as a resource to classroom teachers, organizes community service programs, and supports the library, admissions, performing arts, development, and hospitality, in addition to a multitude of other programs and events. Involvement in TMSPA facilitates parents’ connection to each other and to The Meadows.

 

TMSPA also offers activities and volunteer opportunities that enhance our sense of community at The Meadows School. TMSPA is governed by an executive board that meets monthly and is supported by several committees.

 

Three events directly benefit the operations of TMSPA. The funds raised at these events are then donated back to the school by way of wish list items, teacher appreciation events, hospitality for divisional coffees and special functions, and gifts for faculty and staff. These events are a Trunk or Treat in October, the Camp Expo in March, and the Spring Carnival at the end of the school year. Here are some ways you can participate:
